For new debit cardholders, at the time of activation, you will be able to set your own PIN. I

If you are an established cardholder and either don’t know or have forgotten your PIN for your debit card, please call 210.938.7850, press “1” for Debit and ATM cards and then press “1” to pin or repin card. To expedite the process please be sure to have your debit card available.
