To report lost or stolen debit and credit cards:

Please call H-E-B Federal Credit Union at 210.938.7850 and Press “1” for Debit/ATM card, then press “3” for a lost/stolen CheckMate Debit Card or ATM Card, or Press “8” for a lost/stolen MasterCard Credit Card. You can also send a secure email through NetBranch Online Banking. We will block and reissue your card.
