If you enter incorrect login information several times in quick succession, your account will be locked for security reasons. Once your account has been locked, you will need to contact a Personal Banking Representative at 210.938.7850 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday or visit a branch location to reset your account.
However, after only one incorrect login attempt you may select the forgot password? link and follow the instructions that follow to get a temporary password sent to the email you provided during the setup process.
