For new debit cardholders at the time of activation, you will be able to set your own PIN by calling the 1.800.992.3808 number listed on the activation sticker on the front of the debit card.
If you are an established cardholder and either don’t know or have forgotten your PIN for your debit card, please call 210.938.7850, press “1” for Debit and ATM cards and then press “1” to activate or repin card. To expedite the process please be sure to have your debit card available.
