If you are already logged into NetBranch Online Banking, and would like to change your password, click “My Settings” and click “Edit” to change your password.


If you have forgotten your password, you can follow the simple steps below to get it reset:

  1. Click on forgot password? underneath the Username and Password fields in the NetBranch Login section in the upper right-hand section of the home page
  2. Enter the phone number associated with your account and your Username
  3. A temporary new password will be sent to you
