There are several ways to clear up a negative balance. You can stop by one of our branches, mail a deposit, use a Shared Branch, or use our mobile app to deposit money and correct a negative balance. If you have any questions pertaining to the balance on the account, please call one of our Personal Banking Representatives at 210.938.7850 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday or visit a branch location.

 

We offer Overdraft Protection on all of our checking account options so you can protect yourself against charges that come with a negative balance.
