There could be many reasons why this is happening. To report this issue, call 210.938.7850, press “1” for Debit/ATM cards and then press “3.” To expedite the process please be sure to have your debit/ATM card available. Or send a secure email through NetBranch Online Banking to resolve the issue.


Always notify H-E-B Federal Credit Union prior to using your debit card if you are traveling outside of your normal range in the U.S. or internationally so we can set a travel alert on your account and approve your card for those regions.
