You or any joint on your account may cancel Bill Pay by notifying us in writing. Include your name, address, membership number, signature and date in your notification. Your notification can be faxed to 210.938.7869, sent as an attachment to a secured email, or mailed to H-E-B Federal Credit Union, NetBranch Department, P.O. Box 782529, San Antonio, Tx 78278. You can also deliver your notification in person to the HEBFCU branch in San Antonio or McAllen.
We cannot cancel your access to the bill payment service until all pending payments have cleared. If you have payments pending and do not want to wait for them to clear, you may delete any pending payments by accessing Bill Pay. We are not liable for bill payments not cancelled nor for payments made due to your omissions.
